I made an order a couple of days ago. When I click on 'my order' in 'my cart' there is nothing there just a little green folder. The green folder is clickable but nothing happens? What's up with that? Thanks for readin,

Hello Orph and welcome to The IMVU Mafias. If you order was completed there would be downloads in your cart. Don, is a little delayed on the orders because of illness. Please be patient. Hang out on our site and make some more posts and earn medits. Get to know what is here.

The my order page shows you a list of files you can download. When your order is completed, files will be displayed their for you to Download.

As Kari mentioned Don is currently sick so orders are slightly delayed.

Hiya peeps How's evryone doing? Thank you all for the nice welcome

I got my stuff in the end! The only trouble is I'm not sure what I'm doing. LOL. I downloaded all my files successfully. And the chkn cleaner. And the hash offsetter. Aaaaand the asset renamer.I painstakingly put all the chkns through the cleaner and offsetter but by the end my brain was fried so I thought, "I'll do other thingy another day." And left it. Aaaand forgot about it. Now I've looked in my inboxbut I haven't a clue which are the cleaned and offset chkns and which are the raw, untouched chkns (LOL @ 'chkns' - makes me howl every time. Sorry, I digress...).

I don't whats what. I'm sure it easy once you know what your doing but until then , I'm very confused. And my downloads folder on my PC is an utter mess (it looks like the original downloads I bought are multiplying like gremlins...). LOL.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

PS. I followed the video tutorial for cleaning the chkn files - that was awesome and super useful. I just didn't realise there was also hash offsetting and asset renaming to do as well!

My advice, is to make one folder, inside that folder make two folders, one labeled raw and one labeled cleaned.
Always keep a raw copy in the raw folder.
Once you have cleaned a file put it in the cleaned folder.

To be on the safe side redo them.
