Step 1. Find Black And White picture..
Step 2. on top of gimp there tool call color please use invert button to make tattoo
example suppose to be like this.
step 3. put item in creator mode has opacity
and black texture on first one
step 4. make sure its two sided self illuminated and use blending.
result will be urs plus this is olny to make texture without doing the template.. if i can be taught how to record it ill would of it done it

but I need to learn how to do video cause arm way different from back tutorial or chest.. more different.
