My ex Bf keeps fallowing me around, and messaging me. It needs to STOP! ASAP!

Block the lost puppy. The only reason for you to have not blocked your ex is if you are still leading him on / using him.

Eitehr that or you are loving the attention and knowing that you have a love sick puppy on your hands but yeah the basic answer to this is simply BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK
