Hey fam! so i wanna share this trick when shopping together on imvu.....

*So go ahead and and invite your friend to shop together.

*Make sure that you are also in the regular shop...

*You notice at the top of the imvu client there is room's furniture and poses, all asking for vip access...
Image

* well no worries i'm going to show you a little trick i use to bypass that.

* OK in your regular shop choose what is it you want to try in shop together...in this case i'm choosing a piece of furniture...
Image

*Ones you have tried it in your regular shop. at the bottom of your client you see everything you have tired on... let's go ahead and click on that piece of furniture which you have tried on...
Image

*After you have clicked on your furniture. it should look like this.....
Image

* next step is clicking over to shop together... Image
*the piece of furniture you clicked on will still be on the screen when you enter shop together...

*Image

* so in shop together we click on try..... and both you and your friend will be able to view this together without having vip access...
Image

*If you repeat this step every time you are in shop together, you can try poses and rooms also.

*Note: this Method does not work for AP.. You will have to buy Ap in order to see ap products...if one of you have Ap and the other doesn't this method will not work..

That is awesome!

Ive been using this trick to prevent shop lag but I had no idea I could use it to pull furniture/rooms/poses, mostly because I have VIP so it never crossed my mind.

My friends and I keep regular shop open, do all the scanning through items there until we find something we may like for ourselves or the other person, then use this trick to get it to open in the shop together so we can see it together. This is much faster than searching for it & cuts way back on the extreme lag you get while both parties are trying on clothing over and over slowing each other down, especially when we usually have 3+ people lol

Thank you for this information! I definitely will be giving a few other people a heads up about this option now!

Didn't even knew it was possible, great guide. It does prevent a shop lag when your whole screen freezes for a second so it's definitely helpful. Thumbs up for this guide

T3DE has this and a bunch of other features unlocked. I think lite also has shop together but I don't remember. I haven't got around to installing t3 on my laptop so this will be great in the meantime. Great job finding this post
