Reminder on cleaning your cache's you never want to clean them out completely as it will take a while when you log back into client for your inventory to rebuild itself back up and in doing such you will have alot of lag until it does.

If you have decent net and good specs you shouldn't really be an issue. Course it depends how large your inventory is.
