why cant I buy VIP with paypal? like why did they make it a option if i can't use it?

Vip is based on strickly CC (CreditCard) or bank accounts as it is something they have to be able to charge monthly and not a one time fee. As Some will create paypal and set it up to be taken from there then close thier accounts and recieve another moth free without having to pay for it. Imvu has seen to it though that I believe it is 5 days from your time it is due that they will totally remove your VIP. I don't know how I have it done but I do have where my VIP comes from my paypal account but it is backed by my bank account. But I did notice that when I created a new toon and tried to pay for it with Paypal it would not accept it. If your account is still fairly new I don't know how many months you have to be a established account before it will allow you to buy VIP with your Paypal. I am believing that it is 30 days you have to wait when creating a account now that you would be able to place Ap or even VIP on that account. Dont' quote me on that but just what I went through on my last Avatar that I created 2 years ago.

Maybe you have credits checked with it. Imvu wont let you buy credits and vip with it. Idk why exactly they do that but just make sure youre not bying credits at the same time

some european could buy vip with phone tho, i forgot which country , maybe germany or else i forgot lol

You can buy it with mobile on certain countries and also with a prepaid card, again depends on the country.

I bought my VIP　years ago using paypal via subscription method.

I hooked up my credit card to paypal to buy vip, It just took a lot longer to process i don't see why you can't
