Long story:

In the past i got disabled 3 times for the same reason (your IMVU account was linked to other accounts that may have misused our partner offer system in order to obtain IMVU credits for free)
So this is how it happened:
Someone made many accounts (over 30,i have found them when i checked my sales through email,they were all made in the same day,also the names were obviously random,they really stood out) and made credits with IMVU offers then he/she bought 4-5 of my products in a row.Well i didn't know anything about this before i got disabled,so like a normal creator i asked for my payout (which by the way was not a small amount of money 2.000$,i have earned them with hard work),and i had to wait. Two weeks later,i woke up with my account disabled,no money,and a big disapointment,receiving the ''linked accounts'' message.
After that when i saw what really happened,i wanted to ask the staff to help me,i knew i won't get my money or account back,i just wanted safety for my new account.Guess what? I never got help,only automatic messages even in live chat.
Even when i came up with different icons and style, still the same, i saw my sales and if i will sign up to earn money from them i might get disabled again.
So any advices ? Why i keep getting banned because of the linked accounts ?

I asked them about the linked accounts but they didn't tell me sh*t.


Short story: Everytime i make a new account i get to the first pages with my products and when i elect to earn money directly from my sales, i pass the account verification and when i gathered enough money and i ask for payout i get disabled for the same reason again and again without doing anything that would violate the ToS.

I'm not totally sure, but what this seems like, is you and or friends of yours have been gaming the system. That violates IMVU TOS. No one makes 30 accounts and buys your same products in a row over 30 times on purpose, without intent to game the system. If you use the same pc you used to game the system the first time/or where caught on, then you will get banned over and over because their system will detect your pc. The only way around that is to use T3DE or IMVU lite I believe, and a browser that can block blue cava, and/or use a different pc. That one is currently on the bad list, and its nothing you can do about being on that list.

Now if it wasn't you, then its unfortunate that a bad apple fucked it up for you, by intentionally trying to get you disabled by making you look like you are gaming the system, or trying to. Looks like you have a hater.

Sadly the only way to get around that, if you cant get/use another pc, is the way I said. Ooooor, if it really wasn't you repeatedly calling imvu to plead your case. This works maybe...10% of the time if you have lots of proof.

By '' PC '' you mean a different IP ?

And it's strange because i noticed those random accounts on my girlfriend's sales too (they never log back into IMVU,they make the account,buy the product and leave) also my gf is new with the shop.I saw this on a friend's account too and we don't talk that often (an older creator) but he doesn't make money out of sales.
Also,we live together,so if you're right she might get disabled too.Maybe i should ask for an refund and come back after i get another IP.Sadly i just talked in the live chat with one staff member and it seems that i can't get her refund,and she has the vip for only one week,is there something i can do about the account? if i use IMVU lite and block blue cava would it be too late? Because she made her account with the same pc.

Btw,if i use the same credit card,ID and paypal am i still suspicious?(or it's just the pc)

It could be both, but most of the time they ban your actual pc/laptop. So get a new IP along with a new PC, the pc you are on is already tagged, and will not be reversed. So it is wise to stop using imvu on that pc, or get protection like IMVU lite.

I can't answer you about the same card/paypal/ID as I'm not totally sure. But usually once you change the pc you are fine.

Bluecava, theres too much to post about it, but there is a post somewhere on the forums about, not sure where. It basically tracks your entire pc and its specs I believe.
