My boyfriend (who made a post here about getting disabled 3 times) had his pc blacklisted by IMVU,my account was made on that pc's ip too(i connect my laptop on his wi-fi as we live together),someone said that if he changes his pc and ip it will be safe for him to come back as an creator and ask for payouts.Well..the problem here is that i don't know if my laptop is blacklisted too,if i should get a new one or it's fine to use my account as long as the ip is new.
I know it's a little annoying to ask again,as i have tried to ask the same question on his account too (i didn't really got a clear answer),also he's telling me that if i won't change the laptop his account will be linked with mine and he will get disabled again i need some advice,i really like that account and i created products on it,and i wanted to remain on it.What should i do?

If they blacklisted his computer then his account is most likely disabled as well so I don't see how he could come back and ask for payouts. IMVU doesn't just blacklist your ip or hardware config without banning your account too.

As for your account, I would make sure to use IMVULite and be careful using your account on his network.

He wants to make a new account (every other account is disabled) and he wants to start over (with a new ip and pc) but i wasnt sure about my account which was made last month before knowing that his ip was blacklisted. And i think if i will connect with that accont made on the blacklisted ip to the new ip he will get banned again.Is it possible? (would IMVU see this as linked accounts?)
I will use IMVULite as you sugested,but are there any other measures that we can take to be safe from another ban?

I wouldn't worry about being in the same room with him on your account. But if you want to be extra save, have him create a throw away account and sit around together for a few days or a week and see if anything happens to it.

Hopefully, you guys don't use the same payment information or buy from IMVU at all. That's the fastest way IMVU finds alternate accounts.

Nothing will happen if we make a throw away account. It only happens when i become creator and i ask for a payout.

Nope, we won't use the same payment info but we'll need to buy vip and some credits from them.
