Replace 777 with how far up you wish to move your Badges Panel.
Replace 888 with how far right you want to move your Badges Panel.

You can put this code in any panel on your homepage. Personally I suggest using the video panel for custom code as it's one of the only panels that doesn't have its own content and won't interfere with anything else.

Make sure you badges panel is visible in your account settings.
