There's only 2 solutions:

1) terminate processes and services using memory.

2) Buy more ram.

How much ram do you have?

The easiest way is to simply close whatever you have open. After that end processes using the task manager. If you have a store bought computer I also recommend uninstalling bloat/crap ware and disabling start up services/applications.

You can manage your startup applications by opening the run dialog (Windows Key + r) and typing in
msconfig

1º In the services I always disable windows search, windows update, windows defender, windows firewall.
2º Disable the startup service, (windows key + r) type "msconfig". will open the "system configuration" window then go to "services" and select down there in the left corner "hide all Microsoft services" and it will only be the programs that you have installed, leave only the services you really need selected and "apply." Then go to the next tab "Programs startup" these are the programs that will start when you turn on your computer, leave only the necessary too and "apply." Doing these processes assists in the speed of initialization and navigation.
