I've tried to make a purchase using Medits a few times over the past few months, I get a bill and confirm payment with Medits but nothing is deducted and I don't receive anything.

Medit orders are currently backed up by about a week. We do not subtract medits until after delivery of your order. People keep backing up the system even further by re-submitting the same medits order over and over again.
