You can make a pack of them, yes. But that isn't as simple as it sounds.
I would say it's more convenient to up them one by one, though.
At the same time, four~five UFI products are way more dangerous to your account than the same five merged together into one. lol
But answering your question, yes, it is possible to make a "pose pack" with all dots on the ground. But it isn't easy to explain here, I recommend that you look for some couple pose tutorials on youtube.
Something easier would be to look for a derivable couple pose pack on the catalog, derive it, and change the XAF files for the ones you have in chkn. If you have T3DE, you can even get the pose pack chkn from someone and substitute its poses.
