The PRB Deep Client comes with any order of sex products off of the IMVU Black Market: buysell/black_market_index.php
Or, you can get it via an invite from any existing black market customer.

First you will need to purchase any sex product from buysell/black_market_index.php. only then u can receive a download to the deep client.

I have not tried this before but I think it is possible in the lead time to look for something like this but the tools must be available to me and I would like to find what we are looking for in this area soon

Nope. The PRB Deep Client is not within Datamine's mediafire collection of old IMVU clients.
