Well it is not that easy like you say. Imagine someone spending few hundreds or even thousands of dollars into this game and then suddenly realizing that you lost everything. Not to mention that he had account few years old.
That person probably would have no reason to continue again from the beginning, without all these things.

first think you should do is check if there is a time frame on the ban if so wait then when it is over just verify your age if no time has been set and your acc has not yet been disabled you can try logging onto your avi homepage and verify that way that will usually lift the ban even with a time limit since your ban was age related

You can send them your id proof and they will unban your account i guess

we do know that a lot of people lie about their age on IMVU, but usually there really isn't a way for them to find out. personally i don't lie about my age on imvu as i am above the age of 18.

Next time just block them or ignore them lol you shouldn’t feed into negativity like that. If you want someone to leave you alone simply just block them and poof they’re gone, though I have other ways. By them bothering you, you gave them the upper hand on you by lying about your age. That’s a big no. I advise you the best thing to do is either troll them back, block them, report it or just play your cards.
Also you’d have to verify a photo of showing proof of your real age etc. with your face showing I believe and you holding the card.
