I'm not sure how easy it is to become pro, but yeah ... I've heard that pro status is hard to keep.

Aww! Same scenario, just came back after years and am really confused @-@. IMVU started the tier thing around the same time I gave up, came back to really low sales. Guess advertisement is very different way back then.
Does PRO really helps with the sales though? Just wondering why everyone wants PRO, not sure what is the algorithm if there is one for the catalog now haha.

Last I checked, pro gives you a lower derive cost and extra options / features in create mode.
