In PS how to get better font images on a skin? I can't seem to get a smooth text on the skin and the arms don't allow much space for anything. Any assistance would be great.

Have you tried using a higher resolution texture?

No, I will try that now. I just figured once you type your text and smooth it out, it should be fine. I also was thinking about saving it as a png in a larger font and then dragging it in as a smart object to free transform it and hopefully not lose quality. Thank you for the response!

Can you show us a screenshot of the text? If you're using the text tool it should be smooth and crisp. Make sure Anti Aliasing is on.Also depending on the quality settings, saving as a jpeg could introduce artifacts that make the text look blurry.

for arms im pretty sure you also need a good scale as well. I would use colors opposite of skin color which would be white/black black/white.
