VB Trigger & Low Volume sound

Dear All imvu mafias,
I am having trouble with voice in IMVU where most of my voice are too soft and cannot be heard when someone using laughing vb and music.. my voice sank into the background.

Does anyone knows how to improve or increase my vb volume?

Maybe you turned down imvu sound in your volume mixer?

Thank you for responding to my question, just that if the volume mixer is reduce volume it will affect all the imvu products as well. But some product just overwrite my sound.
