Ask the product creator to gift it to you or make it visible in shop.

if its hidden from shop i dont think u can buy it off of the shop without the seller making it public.

i dont want to have to ask the creator to make it public or gift it to me , so i was wondering if there was a way to just buy it. but if what xharmful said was correct then thats my answer unless someone knows a way how

Well, officially you can't buy hidden products from Shop. You'd have to copy the product by yourself and reupload it.
A way of how to do it I won't give you, because I think it's not welcomed here.

Once upon a time, when IMVU staff allowed scheduled gift deliveries; you could login to a dummy account, add a hidden product to your gift list, and then schedule the product as a gift delivery to your main on your birthday or on a Holiday.

they still have scheduled gift options but how you buy something from a disabled creator ? I saw a sex pose on other thread which still appears in shop but since the creator was disabled it didnt let me buy it 
also I submitted TD in my shop which was supposed to look like a boxer but it didnt so now Im stuck with it having unpublished in my catty.. any suggestions ?

hidden or delete products can not be purchased in store only in the outfit tab, if you do not buy the full avatar, unfortunately we can not except by gift via a dummy account as @don says 4 ago month ^^
