Hello, I am writing on this forum to let you all know there is a bm plug on instagram and imvu that has a website that may be using imvu bm programs developed by the mafia and others and is selling it when most of these programs are on this site. the website is listed as: [LINK REMOVED]

he has several imvu accounts and i have already reported him to imvu. he is sending me and my family threatening messages on instagram and i just want him gone

First off, we're not going to go after someone for selling BM products. The black market community is unified. When one of us thrives, we all thrive. When one of us falls, we all feel it.

If someone is harassing you over IMVU, then block them, update your security, and surround yourself with friends. The more of you reporting harassment type chats, the better.

As for the stolen programs, I only see 2 programs that they stole from us, 1 we give out for free, and 1 they are selling for nearly triple our price. They're not exactly undercutting us ... not worth our time to send out the goons.

Finally, reporting them to IMVU is not going to do anything. Only their host provider can take action against their website. Their host provider is: https://www.jouwweb.nl/ Client / Website ID: 1564712

Their host provider is in the Netherlands, which is one of the safest places to host if you want your provider to ignore complaints and legal threats. The Netherlands' staunch support of free speech and user privacy makes it a safe haven for both DMCA (pirated) content and politically motivated websites.

However ... their host provider does list in their "conditions" that they do not allow hacking tools: https://www.jouwweb.nl/algemene-voorwaarden

If you REALLY REALLY wanted to try to fuck em over ... you could report their pages that are selling hacking tools to their host provider. There's still a high chance that their host provider will just ignore the complaints though. You don't make money by kicking clients off of your service, and you don't win friends with salad.

Block them...(or him) and no problems for you

Id suggest just reporting until they confirm they've done something

You could always spam report until the company does something about it but sometimes they are really lazy and I dont know how they could even ignore you, especially if you are reporting it like 10 times and saying they are fraud or something. Just a little hint of advice.
