At first I didn’t start to notice it but when talk to myself and it’s so weird because I don’t notice it at all until I stop I don’t talk to myself around people so I find it weird that I do it by my lonesome

I too tend to talk to myself on occasion when alone. Also whistle or sing nonsensical stuff to myself when it feels like its too quite.

Meh ... sometimes I'll light candles, put out flowers, open a nice bottle of wine, and set the dinner table ... even if it's just me. Wine and dine myself, have sushi delivered.
