Account Banned for Public Room Description

My account was banned last year, admittedly from a guideline violation with a GA room I had created. The room was changed several times to fix the issue but I missed a tag that I didn't realize would be seen as a violation. I was told by a friend which is the only reason I can say I know why my account got banned. It's possible some of the poses could have caused the ban as well despite me switching them up to make the room GA friendly, however I'm not sure if this is the case since they never got marked as AP or removed from the shop. I was planning to take legal actions by filing under small claims since help tickets did nothing and I, as well as the previous owner(s), spent a lot on that account combined but I'm having a few issues. For one, the age isn't correct because the account was gifted to me. I decided to try e-filing since it's available in my state (Arizona), it's cheap, and I know plenty of stores around here carry gift cards. I can't find an email for IMVU that isn't DMCA nor do I know what name I would use for the Statutory Agent. Is anyone able to help me with this?

Here are some more IMVU email addresses:
billing@imvu.com
operations@imvu.com
support@imvu.com

Here is IMVU's registered statutory agent: https://www.linkedin.com/in/alex-grivette-3675a5b/
If you are looking for his direct email, I think it is agrivette@imvu.com

Thank you. Would I contact him to legally serve the company? Sending it to a P.O. box doesn't seem like the most efficient idea to me.

Isn't selling or using another person account as your own against TOS anyway?

Reading the post above sounds like you altered a room that was already made. Some Dev's like ChicByTrinity Has stuff posted on there caddy saying ...
Copyright © ChicByTrinity
NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO EXTRACT AND USE MY MESH AND TEXTURE FILES WITHOUT MY WRITTEN CONSENT SIGNED BY ME.
Feel free to derive from my products, you just can't extract anything.

Just an example of one Dev. So is it possible a Dev got ticked off over a change on a room you was fixing up?

The account was gifted to me with nothing spent on it and no real connection to someone else. As for the other "owner," it was someone that h4c|<7d into my account when I wasn't using it and had it for a year or two. Changed the name and spent a lot on it, but they forgot to change the email which is how I got it back. I realize my wording isn't great.

@fallgirl

I know I have poor wording, but I did not steal any sort of texture or mesh. I bought the right to use everything I had in it from the proper creators. Nothing I did there was against conduct.

In case anyone else asks, they only accept legal claims sent to their P.O. box. It also seems that simply opening a ticket stating you want to take legal action makes them more willing to help. I may stand corrected on that, we'll see.

I appreciate it. I've been informed that it was the misrating of the room that caused a ban, I believe the main issue was a tag I used that I did not realize was inappropriate but they won'tgo down to detail. I've mentioned taking legal action multiple times and it did get me more information each time, so threats do work. They insist as well that permanently disabled accounts cannot be reactivated but as far as my research goes that's not the case until two years pass. Correct me if I'm wrong.
