someone stole a lot of my products from my disable account shop and when I DMCA him my products was removed from his shop.
now I realize my products are back in his shop when I tried to DMCA him again for the same products I got this response:

A DMCA takedown request has been received and processed regarding the products in question. A DMCA Counter Notice has been submitted and per DMCA law the counter notice has been processed as well. Attached to this email you will find the counter notice submitted regarding the products in question. You may share this information with your attorney in the event you wish to take further legal action against the accused.

If nothing else, you can always contact some youtubers who cover over some law cases. Like Lawful Masses is one of them. their community does give quite good general idea of what your options are at hand.

Wow I thought IMVU handled what goes on and see's over there own site. They sure don't mind keeping there hand out taking your money, but if there is a problem they sure don't want to fix it unless its something they want to do. I just try to stay out of there way. Best of luck getting this all sorted out and don't let up on this. This is what they want you to do I bet.
