so i noticed that some of the stuff i have in my wishlist are from disbaled/deleted accounts...some had the word deleted in it but most just said disabled. i knew that u can't buy stuff from a disabled/deleted account but when i tried it somehow worked? o-o bought a few things from a disabled account. tried buying an item from a deleted account to see if it would let me buy it but it didn't. not sure if it's cuz the ones i was able to buy off of are temp disabled while the other one is perma disabled/deleted. this is on classic client btw :P

I'm not sure about this, but I know that there are differences in the status of an creator account that decides if it let's you or doesn't let you buy they're products.

the perma/temp is a possibility. I've also heard about the reason being is one was disabled through DMCA and the other not. But don't quote me on that.

I also heard that some hide all there stuff in shop if there going to be disabled or disable their own account for a time if there going to be away for awhile.Hidden stuff isnt supposed to be able to be bought. But if you get imvu ban and didnt have time to get all your stuff hide then IMVU gets all the profit off what they buy out of your catalog or shop. And the creator gets nothing.

I was disabled last year and the fact that people can still derive off of my products and I do not get any credit in that sucks.

vu owns everything you make on their site. So yes it does suck and so do there rules on some of there stuff and some rules are good. I think in your situation they should given you the option to lock your shop or hide it along with your account till it could be restored, but because vu rips off people any way they can and if taken away accounts to make people start all over again they will do it and not lose any sleep over it. You can be replaced. You are a nobody to VU. So what ever you do make sure you do it with caution and be ready to lose everything over an blink of an eye. You are only an guest on their site nothing more. You own nothing and when you leave you will take nothing but a few memories and sell dollars you made if you set it to cash. I dont know if people that leave uv still make money off things they make if their account isnt kept active. I dont have all the answers, but it could be looked up if you want to know. It goes against TOC for anyone to have an account with wrong age and how many accounts on vu has accounts with wrong age? and your not allowed more then 2 accounts on vu and how many are breaking that rule as well and nothing happens? VU only goes after like bullies to the ones they want to have fun with on that day. Best is to just try to stay out of there way. Sad you really cant go to them for help, but always having to beg them for help and still get turned down.
