It seems like your account is h4c|<7d and someone has change your log in password. And it looks like it has been a month or so ago. Before you file a help ticket…make sure you have everything to confirm that the account is yours…like the original email address….date of birth….country of origin…..proof of payment…every Proof you have that the account was yours.
Then submit a ticket on imvu help using a different avatar….if you dont have one….create one…if you want to recover it faster….make the new avatar a vip so you can live chat. Or you can simply just submit a help ticket. Goodluck….if you need more help…feel free to let me know.

If I was you I would call MV. If you have more than 2 accounts then be ready to lose that account. MV allows you to have 2 accounts, anything over that goes against their policy. I know someone recent that was h4ck and had 3 accounts and wasn't able to get there alt account back. So if that happens to you be willing to let some other accounts go to get your account you want. I tried to help this other person but they hard headed and wouldn't listen. gl if you do the help ticket just do as thessa said above. let us know how things go and don't give up.

Hi, Filing an Help Desk Ticket should work out smoothly. Just Make sure to have Everything to Verify that the Account belongs to you. They'll ask you for an Alternate Email it'll be good to have one handy. Vu is pretty good at Obtaining back h4c|<7d Accs.... Unlesss there Could be another nasty issue. Welp
