If I get a permanent ban on my imvu account, are there any chances that it will be unbanned? or am I already giving up? there is no way to get it back
Is there a way to remove a permanent imvu account ban?

Your options are basically:
1) Harass their phone support every day for a year. Eventually they give up, but it takes about a year of wasting their time and the time of their managers.
2) File a claim in court and wait for IMVU to settle out of court by giving you your account back. (they always settle)
3) Start offering them bribes. I've personally never seen this work, but I've heard rumors that it has worked for some people.

You would have to hire a proxy lawyer located in California.

Permanent Bans Suck As Hard as a Hoe on her knees With a Cold the Chills & A Singing Stomach
The Harassed Calls Sometimes work Depending on the type of PBan, For me I Basically Harassed & Explained how Dedicated I was to Vu, how I Model for them Create for them, Promote and How I am So Addicted to and that I have the Need & Urge to Spend Money with them that it Causes me Sickness haha..
PBans are Difficult to Retrieve Back but..
