sudden suspension from doing surveys?

soooo i went to do a survey as usual and it said not a match. that’s fine i’ve had that pop up before when it does i just stop doing surveys for the day. but i have NO idea where in the terms and conditions that may have caused a suspension.

I have this mobile problem too, but doing surveys in chrome app imvu mobile site instead of the imvu app seems to work just fine for me-

i’ve done them on the web version when i’m on pc and usually it’s fine but currently i’m out of town so i’m on mobile for a couple days. i already let vu staff know that i’m out of town.

have you tried doing them in chrome app on mobile? it is usually fine there on my end-

i haven’t yet i’ll try it to see if it works but i doubt it’ll work….i’ll keep u posted thx

just checked on my pc and im still able to do the surveys! :D
