Age verification ' in progress ' for more than 48 hours

Hey! I bought an age verification token about 3 days ago and I tried to verify my age providing my ID, but it still says 'age verification in progress' since then. Anyone got the same problem or can help me ?

Tou need to send a ticket support and copy your ID by attaching it on the ticket . Please take note they game will manually verify your age after you have tried on verification token

Normally it takes 24 to 48 hours to verify….it is done by a third party app….specially if you are not in usa….? so wait a little longer…..

Well should I go ahead and send a ticket support with my ID attached even though my verification token is still pending for verification?

Yeah they will help you just send the ticket then wait untill they responding and the imvu team will help you dont worry

I did talk with support and they gave me another token and it passed 48 hours and still waiting... this is the 2nd token I try first one I waited 3 days and then they gave me another token. I just never sent a ticket, only live chat.

Well …..it has to be a glitch in there system….lucky you got a free token….maybe this time you will get it….Goodluck

It's a holiday weekend in the US, for a major holiday on a Monday. (4 day weekend) Many support staff like to take off Friday and Tuesday as well to turn it into a 6 day weekend ... family vacations and all that noise. Expect slower response times from support for the next week as they play catch up.
