when i try to click on a profile it goes but the green line just stopp and its not going more what can i do to fix that
does anyone have trouble with like hash offsetter

Re-download the chkn. Start fresh. Set the strength to 70%. It will take the green bar 10 - 20 minutes, maybe longer to reach the other side.
It is doing millions of complex calculus equations.

What to do if you run the has off-setter on a .chkn file and it gives the same Hash?

The hash offsetter only works on original raw assets. It will not work on ripped assets without fist decompiling them, and only then if the condition of the files is good. If the person you ripped off of also used the hash offsetter, then the files are trash. Pretty much anyone uploading BM in 2016 or later is using the hash offsetter.
If you want it to work perfectly as intended, then you'll need to buy the original raw assets from someone who has them ... or make your own products from scratch with a 3D modeler.
