Yes, that should be true. Users can setup their own whisper movements for all payers on their end via the macros file. You do not have control over the other user's macros. Just because the animations look one way on your end due to deletion of the whisper commands, does not mean they will look the same way on everyone else's end.

It is ridiculous that this whispering event is only for vip users, it should only be whispering in friends.

just type a period before whispering for example if you say, ".omg" or ".why did ...?" the avatars dont preform the actions then. I have made it a habit to type a period (or full stop) before saying anyhting in whiper.
