week ago i use my credit card buy credit from imvu shop but by mistake while i was trying to get tv remot conrol i click like 9 time in row nd bought credits package by mistake all good so far , 2 day after i wanted to gift credit to a friend etc but i figure out that imvu took money from my card and credits not recived so i contact them in live chat all they said that my account I HOLD.
i try to fix this issue they ask me about real name and email and 4 last number in my card also i send them my real ID COPY but later they ask me to send them selfie with that ID, Unfortunately i lost my passport ID 3 months ago and its not easy to get for now, i try with them to remove that hold but they keep refuse without the selfie .
Is there any other way to resolve this issue please..i almost give up

Have you tried calling them? Sometimes a call is better than live chat.

i called THem nothing changed, also i send them another ID but they didnt accept because it a bit old ID and not so clear but if zoom on it they should read it as well..they give me really hard time

Maybe you can clean the image of the old ID? Run it through an image touch up software or sharpen filter to make it easier to read.
