Deriving with no changes easier way?

Im currently running multiple accounts that only rely on 0 change derives (find&repost / copy&paste). I was wondering if there is an easier way to repost products using a third party or anything like that? I've seen a couple of people having thousands of reuploads and i cant help but wonder if they do it the same way ( download the pic, click on derive add keywords blah blah blah) or if they are using any kind of outside software. Thanks!

Try changing the photo, so you can upload the same identical product without having to change anything at all, I have several products like this and they are in the store normally.

I already do that on one of my accounts. My question was if there is a way to do this copy&paste process semi automatic. But i really appreciate your help!

I don't know the semi-automatic way, I do it manually for any product.. sorry for not being able to help
