Hello everyone. Does anyone know of a website that allows me to see someone's friends list?

as far im aware i dont think there is such thing....unless u just wanna keep checking the person's homepage to see if their friend list goes up....unless that person has that panel hidden then uhh.....yea idk....granted u could just see if they're following each other that's usually the biggest signs that they're added but i know that some people unfollow people they added or follow back people they didnt add...so its hard to tell sometimes.

Checking who they follow is usually a good sign of whos' on their friends list.
