Dick without a trigger word needed and as an avatar pose

Recently I've seen a type of dick "trigger" which to be visible, only requires an avatar pose to be equipped along with no pants. Does anyone have an idea on how this is created? I'm really eager to get into creating these

i think you just take create i like mannequin legs btw that only go to your kneecaps those are supposed to be in your normal legs basically and then you construct a trigger dick that comes out if you get what i mean.
