Whenever I'm in a public room, if any user who uses a mobile phone enters the room, I suddenly fall down, this happens several times, I've already updated the imvu, I spoke to support and they just tell me to clear the cache, is there anything I can do to solve it?

you could try reinstalling imvu, and look if it happens when its on another account.

@jonassouza

Also, next time it happens, run this program to copy your log file to your desktop and then you can attach it to a PM to send it to me and I'll take a look to see what's going on.

This error happening directly on my imvu, it is also enough for a mobile to enter the room and it knocks me out of nowhere

That’s kinda weird that a mobile user crashes imvu client. But i will say mobile & the new imvu bets is more reliable then client as far as connectivity. I usually never lag on beta den don’t experience crashing, it only happens on Client.
