I would just try to aviod some embarrasing situations that happen to me, and to warn a close one no to do something that made everything difficult since then.

Me personally, I’d go back to the 80’s/ early 90’s at the age I’m at now, I feel like those were the best times to live life. I also would want to personally want to become friends with my parents to see how their personalities was like when they were younger. I don’t know something about the 80-90s was just different. People used to do activities and things that we don’t do anymore now in today’s day an age. Also I’d like to meet people that passed away that’s probably the best part about it.
