Hi dis you make any recent purchase or ap? Or age verification? Id yes then it maybe because of that. Imvu normally puts account on hold until you verify you details in case you bought either of the ap or age pass. Sometimes it can be due to other purchases that they think can be fraud like using a credit card with strict security and failed payments etc. at times buying bm may cause it
