Removing unwanted spots from a room

Hello. I was wondering if there is a tool to remove spots from the root file of a room. I was contact with the owner of the room but never replied to me. so i wanna know if there is a way to somehow remove the spots i don't like to have in the room.

I’ve literally been looking for the same help with my rooms. Someone told me i should try finding room shells that are similar to the room i need to make adjustments to because some people have the same rooms for sale. Problem is that most of my rooms dont have duplicates in the shop. It’s one of those hit or miss situations i suppose

yes. its super annoying that there is no tool to let us remove on the fly spots that we don't need
