I've Been Wondering Seeing How I Get Text To My Phone By FaceBook Is There Any Way To Make It Where When Someone Post On A Post We Made We Will Get A Alert Text Or Maybe Even A Text Containing What It Says And We Can Reply To It

Yes, just signup your email address to a forum as your phone's email adress. Every phone has an email account on a server somewhere; that is how SMS works. All it is, is phones sending emails between each other.
